Coach Mentoring is known for the high standard of delivery and expert content of our closed training courses in Coaching and Mentoring and now we are offering selected open programmes to our organisational and individual clients in key areas of interest. These popular open programmes are characterised by several unique selling points, which make our programmes both highly effective and very popular.
The programmes are offered on a virtual basis, with easy to use webex technology and recordings of programmes available to listen to after the event, plus an opportunity to really interact in the proceedings.
Reading materials and workbooks aligned to the webex content are sent out in advance of the programme.
Finally, one to one support and supervision is offered to programme participants as and when required
This course is led by team coaching pioneer Professor David Clutterbuck, Lis Merrick, a highly experienced team coach and Janet Leonard from TMSDI. It considers the fundamentals around working with learning teams and team coaching, plus techniques and approaches to team coaching.
You will also have the unique opportunity to explore how the TMSDI tools support team coaching and to use the Team Management Profile on the programme.
Beyond the basics of Mentoring
The programme draws on international good practice in mentoring and focuses on key skills and on the most common situations mentors are likely to meet. The content is heavily based on more than 30 years of research into mentoring fundamentals and good practice around the world.
The programme has two levels, Foundation and Practitioner, each supported by workbooks and diagnostics. Practitioner level also includes group supervision and optional add-ons, including further webinars and one-to-one supervision.
